Summer of Color - Green

The second week of Summer of Color challenge is green.  I have painted the mushroom houses with acrylic paints and am probably going to keep to the same size and style for each week so that I can somehow make them into a journal book.

Just couldn't resist doing a Martha Lever style colour drop flower though in watercolours.  These challenges are really making me appreciate colour and how they are so different in different mediums.
Why not take a look at Kristin's blog on Monday to see what others have done or click on the flashing badge on the right.

  1. Oh the mushroom houses are sooooooo cute! Which pen do you use when working over acrylic? I've had varied success with different ones and am looking for something better. Love you watercolor too! Happy green week! Jessi xox
