This weeks Creative Tuesdays challenge is Healthy. For a change, I decided to use my COPIC markers instead of acrylic paints. I find markers challenging as I am so at home with acrylics.
I tend to do all my drawing from my imagination so the very healthy lady below is not anatomically correct and also the rabbit turned out larger than life! I think she is chasing the rabbit to grab the carrots.
Keeping in the spirit of this group, I have uploaded my initially sketch, where as you can see the girl changed a bit.
Pop over to Mr T's blog to see other healthy options.
Anatomically correct is the least of her concerns THAT rabbit is BLUE! hehe thanks for sharing your rough sketch
ReplyDeletehaha...oh, this is great! Now I would need chocolate dangling out in front of me ...maybe I could tie some up in front of the treadmill? lol. SO cute, linda!

ReplyDeletemultiple themes here! Running as healthy exercise, carrots as healthy foods, and the eternal chasing of the fitness/slimness/health carrots we all seem to indulge in from time to tiime - brilliant!

ReplyDeleteThis made me laugh so hard! Everyone's competing to eat the healthy carrot (-: Very cute and funny illo!
ReplyDeleteHa. This is great, yeah looks like you gave her a different haircut for the final piece. I love that rabbit, yeah I instantly thought the rabbit stole the carrots from her garden and she's chasing him for them back. Great job, thanks.
ReplyDeleteI've been on a trip, and missed commenting last week. This is just so adorable.....but I think I would run faster for a strawberry!! HaHa.
