Well this one was a challenge for me! Mr T over at Creative Tuesdays certainly made me scratch my head on this one. I eventually came up with the idea of a compass, as my mind could not latch onto anything else, absolutely nothing.
Here's hoping that the next challenge will be a little easier, but then what is the idea of this little co-op but to scratch the old grey cells. See how others have fared, the link is above.
Very pretty design! I cannot tell that you had a hard time with it! :D
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely pattern, and it totally works with the theme!
ReplyDeleteThe compass!! Awesome idea, one of my best friends travels and goes camping, he would love this. I love it too! It is a beautiful pattern, and I think it would work as a lovely repeated pattern, too. I've gotten into bolt fabric over the past year, and I think this would look great as a wallpaper, or repeated pattern on a comforter, perhaps in a kids' room where the child loved travel, and/or the sea. Great job!
ReplyDeleteI really like this one. What a great idea. I wanted to tangle something but couldn't get away from the image of the globe. Great job!
ReplyDeleteLove the pattern you have going.
ReplyDeleteLinda...what a great idea. I'm still stumped.. and may not get one done this time.
ReplyDeleteLinda,
ReplyDeleteYour details are amazing. What a fantastic compass. I can see that in a storybook. Actually I know someone who would love to colour it. :)
Blessings,
Janis
I think this was a great idea! We certainly would need a compass to get around the world.
ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteThe detail in your compass is super! And like you, when I get an idea in my head it won't move over to allow other ideas to flow.
Yes, haha, I think it was rather a tough theme. I know Wanda said she coulnd;t think of anything so glad you did. As it is, an old nautical type compass is a great idea. And with the water splashes, its even has a feel of a globe. I love your details here, Linda. thank you!
